1) Go to the "Tools" menu, and scroll down
to "Accounts"
2) Click on the add button, and select "Mail" |

That will start the add email account wizard
Type in the name that you want people to see. Like "John Doe" Click "next" |

Now Type in your new email address.
Click "next" |

Now Type in your domain like this
If you are not sure let me know who you use, and I will find out! Click "next" |

then type in your email address again, that will be your
account name
Enter your email password and check the box "remember password"
Click "next" |

Click "finish"

Note: If you have having troubles Sending mail Try this below
1) Go to the "Tools" menu, and
scroll down to "Accounts"
2) Click and select the email account you want to work with. 3) Click the Server Tab, Check to see if the Outgoing Mail Server is checked
